I don't have any problem with having an archive. Again, the plan is to have
one up in the near future on this list's site. But discussing this is a
good exercise I think. It gives us some sense of the issues involved, even
if in this case they are not precisely ones of law or ethics, but rather a
matter of propriety.
Why don't we try to get a few more opinions and see what people think.
